Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation of your charter is free 3 days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled trip
Cancellation of a trip within 3 days (72 hours) of your scheduled departure time will
If you do not show up for your scheduled trip, you will be charged the full amount for the specific trip that was booked
Maximum of 5 people total per group
No children under the age of 5
If you’d like to reschedule your trip rather than canceling, we will always make the best effort to accommodate your date/trip requests within the set schedule of other customers
Alcohol is always permitted on trips if customers are of legal age; we ask that you do not bring glass bottles
No spray sunscreen (stains), lotion style is accepted
You do not need any gear or fishing licensing, both are provided
You may bring whatever food/drinks you desire
Do not bring any illicit or illegal materials/drugs with you on your charter
Captains/Mates will clean, prepare and bag your catch at the end of the trip. Bring a cooler to take your fish home if you’d like. We can also offer a catch and release charter if you do not want to take fish home
Tipping our captains/mates is always appreciated. For a recommendation, we usually follow the restaurant style of gratuity. However, you may give at your discretion
If the captain/company has to cancel your trip due to severe weather, unfavorable conditions, illness, etc., you will be reimbursed 100% of your payment
